This review most accurately reflects my own experience. I was promised a delivery before Christmas, but instead got it 3 days later. (I would blame the weather, if not for the fact that it took them a full week to even send it out. If the website had not promised a “before Christmas” delivery, I wouldn’t have ordered from them.) The shirts are really thin – even the polos – and show your nipples through them. And if you have a big belly, they’re too tight. They probably look really good on thinner men, and of course, models – but what doesn’t! As far as customer service, when I emailed them, their response was to tell me how their company usually has such “stellar service.” But hey, it’s ok that I had a bad experience, because they were “sincerely sorry.” We got the shirts a little while ago, my husband tried on 2 of the 5, then we packaged them up and printed a return label.
I wish I had seen this review before ordering from them.
