I purchased the Lark shoe at full price ($120) and while waiting for delivery, I got notified that they went on sale (50% off); I reached out to see if they would price match or give me a credit and was told no. I was disappointed but excited to get my shoes. Turns out the fit was super tight, so decided to exchange them for the Songbird slide. Very easy exchange process. I ordered and paid for them and then the next day, I get notified that they were now out of stock and would not be shipped or restocked since they were seasonal. Really??? So, so disappointed!!
