40 Things TikTok Made Me Buy (And I Have No Regrets)

Last Updated: October 26, 2021

Not only does TikTok take your time (all of it), it also takes your money (all of it). Having spent my fair share of time on TikTok during the pandemic, one good thing is that I’ve found quite a few amazing products. So, I decided to curate a list of the best things TikTok made me buy this past year.

Things TikTok Made Me Buy

Korean Exfoliating Washcloths

These exfoliating washcloths are a game changer. You’ll be disgusted by all the gunk that comes off your face and body!

You definitely want to use them in moderation on your face, but they also work great on the body too.

Butt Scrunch Leggings

I’m endlessly searching for leggings that make my butt look even more amazing, and these really do the job. It’s like an optical illusion!

The scrunch design makes your butt look like the juiciest peach around! They’re also comfortable and great for working out.

Kolorful Koala Leggings

Well-known as a top top Lululemon dupe, these leggings are worth every penny.

The material and fit is extremely similar to the Lululemon Align, anyone who loves Lulu (like me) will be blown away!

Mini Bag Sealer

You may have already seen these mini bag sealers everywhere, but you really don’t realize how useful they are until you have one.

Long gone are my bag clips and rubber bands! This little tool seals your chip bags (and anything else) using one end, then can cut it back open using the other end.

The Ordinary Peeling Solution

Get ready for skin that never stops glowing!

Not only is this peeling solution effective, it’s affordable and lasts forever. That said, make sure to test patch before trying it since everyone’s skin is different.

Galaxy Projector

Who doesn’t want a room that looks like you’re flying through space? I’m in love with this projector.

If my boyfriend didn’t need require full darkness to fall asleep, I’d have it on constantly!

Portable Bluetooth Keyboard

We’ve all seen the cool laser keyboard (which is actually not that cool), but what about this fold-up keyboard? I hated the laser keyboard, but this one is amazing.

It folds up and fits into the smallest of bags, so it’s perfect for me to get work done on my phone or tablet on-the-go. Plus, it’s pretty affordable.

Huge Packs of Press On Nails

We all want on-point nails constantly, but when they come in packs of 10 or 20 for $5+, it’s just not worth it.

Now, you can stop searching the dirty ground every time you lose a nail at the store. Just grab another one!

Car Cleaning Gel

We all want a clean car, but getting in the nooks and crannies is near impossible. This cleaning gel changes the game!

Note: This is very similar to slime, so you might be able to save a few bucks by trying that out first.

Identity Protection Stamp

Say goodbye to your bulky shredder! This stamp is great for documents you want to throw out that have your personal information on them.

It might seem like a boring product, but you’ll regret not doing this if your identity get stolen because you didn’t shred or use this stamp.

Museum Putty

Alright, this stuff is cool. I got it to keep my cats from knocking over and breaking my favorite vase, but this putty is like magic!

I’ve also seen jewelry business owners use this to stand their rings up and take photos, but I’d imagine there could be hundreds of uses for this museum gel.

Makeup Brush UV Sanitizer

If you’re anything like me, you probably clean your makeup brushes less often than you should. This product holds your brushes and sanitizes them!

Your brushes might not look squeaky clean afterwards (you still need to wash them for that), but it kills the bacteria that can cause acne.

Revlon One Step Hair Dryer

You’ve probably already seen the hype around this product, but I had to include it. This hair dryer is a game changer.

I used to never blow dry my hair because of frizz and just left its fate up to air drying, but this dryer eliminates frizz and results in shiny, smooth hair.

Foot Peel Mask

Yes, foot peels are pretty gross. The results are incredible though!

I didn’t even have rough feet before using a foot peel mask and I was still shocked by how baby smooth my feet were afterwards! Just be ready for your entire foot to peel off.

Portable Picnic Table

Picnic lovers, this one is for you. A portable picnic table might sound like a pain, but it actually folds down into a surprisingly small bag!

This is honestly one of the coolest things TikTok made me buy.

Towel Heating Bucket

It might seem a little spendy, but this towel heating bucket will change your life. It also looks super cute in the bathroom!

There’s truly nothing else like hopping out of the shower with a cozy warm towel to greet you.

Toothpaste Dispenser

I’m surprised I’ve lived so long without one of these.

Not only is this extremely convenient for brushing my teeth, it keeps me more organized!

Label Maker

This label maker is cute, effective, and affordable! I honestly can’t stop labeling things. They have a few different colors in case you don’t want pink.

It’s easy to print from your phone and you can use a variety of fonts and even symbols!

Light Up Car Coasters

Although the reviews for these aren’t great, I’ve been loving these so far!

They make your drink light up in the car and set a whole vibe.

Raspberry Leaf Tea

I didn’t think this would actually work for me, but wow! Raspberry leaf tea is supposed to help strengthen the cervix, reduce cramps, and make periods lighter.

For me, it has definitely reduced cramps and made my period shorter as well as lighter! I’ve heard it also makes childbirth easier, but I can’t speak to that. It doesn’t taste bad either (add some Stevia)!

Kitchen Soap Dispenser

This soap dispenser pumps the soap directly onto your sponge!

It’s affordable and super convenient, I wish I had known about it sooner.

Mini Car Trash Can

I always hated car trash cans because they were ugly and took up too much space.

These, however, are perfect! They fit into the side cup holders of my car and look sleek. Thank you again TikTok!

Smart Toaster

Alright, this is another pretty unnecessary gadget, but that doesn’t mean it’s not cool!

This touch screen toaster looks sleek and futuristic in my kitchen. It’s also way easier to use and features visual controls. There’s no way I’ll burn my toast again with this bad boy.

10,000 Bristle Toothbrush

I recently decided to finally get one of these and I’m loving it. I still prefer my electric toothbrush, but it was fun to try out.

It feels super soft and definitely seems like it cleans my teeth more thoroughly!

Smart Self Sealing Trash Can

This trash can is a little extra – I definitely wouldn’t recommend it if you’re on a budget. Not only does it have a high initial cost, you have to buy the brand’s refills if you want the self-sealing technology.

That said, I still think it’s pretty cool! It looks nice and takes one step out of taking the trash out.

Self Cleaning Water Bottle

I love reusable water bottles, but I hate when they start to stink. This one, however, is supposed to clean itself! It even purifies your water for you.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks and it hasn’t smelled bad yet, so I think that’s a good sign! It’s also nice not having to worry about filtering your water.

Clear Shelf Dividers

I wasn’t too sure about these at first, but they’re actually super helpful for organizing clothes and other stuff that I put on shelves.

And since they’re clear, they blend right in and don’t look bad!

Silicone Stretch Lids

Having recently moved to a smaller space, I realized I needed to get rid of stuff.

I discovered these and easily got rid of all my food storage containers! They can stretch to fit over any bowl – this pack even comes with little ones for bottles.

Automatic Pot Stirrer

I thought this wouldn’t work very well, but it surprised me.

You can literally leave it be and it will automatically stir your foods and sauces! That said, I’ve only used it for thinner sauces so far, so I’m not sure how well it does for thicker dishes.

Time Locking Safe

Odds are, you probably spend too much time on your phone when you should be working or doing something more productive.

This safe is the perfect way to force yourself to have phone-free time! No matter what you do, it won’t open until the time is up.

Dispenser for 5 Gallon Jug

If you get your water through jugs, you need this device. It’s so much more convenient than flipping the heavy jug onto a water crock!

You can just screw it on top of the jug and press the button for some water. Super easy!

Cereal Dispenser

I don’t even eat cereal that much, but I still bought these for some reason.

They do look awesome on the kitchen countertop and guests love them!

Recordable Buttons for Dogs

If you have a dog and have spent 1 minute on TikTok, you already know all about these buttons. You can record words and teach them to your dog!

So far, mine just knows “outside” and “treat” of course. But, this is such a cute way to communicate with your dog!

Fingerprint Padlock

Now that gyms are starting to open back up, these locks are super convenient.

No need to try and enter a code you don’t remember or carry a key around, just use your fingerprint!

Waterproof Shoe Covers

I can’t tell you how many hikes I’ve skipped because I forgot to bring my hiking shoes.

These are so convenient to have in the car trunk for when this happens! They might look funny, but they will keep your white shoes spotless!

Cutting Board with Drawers

Again, I wasn’t too sure about this, but it’s extremely convenient!

I just cut up a bunch of veggies into the drawers and put the whole thing in the fridge. I honestly cook way more often because of it.

Dripless Dog Water Bowl

This “dripless” water bowl for dogs isn’t 100% dripless, but it definitely reduces the drip, so it’s worth it for me!

My dog has a ton of facial hair that gets drenched in his water bowl, so this has helped a lot.

Cat Backpack

One of my cats is obsessed with going outside. As I’m leash training him, I figured it would be fun to get this adorable spaceship-looking backpack to carry him around in!

So far, he loves it. This one expands too, so you can give them some extra space when you’re not walking around.
