All we saw were negative reviews and since we’ve reviewed just about every overseas clothing brand, we had to try out Berrylook. Today we will go give you our completely honest Berrylook reviews.
Many of the reviews we read say that BerryLook was a scam and to stay away. We found out that this retailer is technically legit – however, the quality and shipping times were so terrible that we were left wondering how this could be an operating business.
On top of that, a ton of people are missing items from their order, so we wouldn’t be surprised if they’re at least partially trying to scam their customers.
To be fair, we loved their dresses, but it wasn’t enough to change our opinion about the company.

BerryLook is one of many extremely inexpensive overseas fashion brands (similar to SheIn and Anniecloth). Their website offers every category you can imagine such as dresses, tops, coats, swimwear, shoes, and more.
After looking through other Berrylook reviews, you might be wondering if their deals are too good to be true. Keep reading for my honest experience with the brand.

Yes! BerryLook is absolutely Legit. BerryLook Is an online fashion retailer that offers a wide range of clothing and accessories for women. The company was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Hong Kong. BerryLook has a global reach and ships to over 200 countries. The company offers a wide range of products, including dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear, and swimwear.

Sales
Rating: 4/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It seems like they lie about their sales. I’ve seen clothing very similar to their styles on other sites for full price, and it’s still cheaper than what it is on their sale page. I think they want customers to feel like it’s a great price so they will purchase, when in reality, it’s still higher than normal.
They did have a few actually good sales so I gave it a 4 out of 10 rating.
Quality
Rating: 4/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pricing was a little more than expected so I expected the quality to be great. However, it was pretty disappointing like a lot of other reviews mention. I’ve ordered $3 tops from SheIn that were 10x better quality.
Shipping
2/10 ⭐️⭐️
Speed was fine, actually received shipment faster than they say. The only problem was that I was missing 2 of 8 items! I wouldn’t really mind if they were $2–$5 items, but these were $20 sweaters. I didn’t get my money back either.
Customer Service
Rating: 3/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Whenever customer service has to get involved from an overseas fashion retailer, you can almost expect the relationship to go sour. BerryLook had especially terrible customer service –I felt stolen from.

I gave their dresses an entire section because this was the ONLY thing I was happy about with this company. They were very fair priced, the quality was good for the price, and what I got actually looked like the images online!

Although companies usually have only a select few of customers that are unhappy, BerryLook seems to have thousands of terrible reviews.
“I ordered five pairs of the same shoes in different colors. All five are poorly made. They’re not suitable to put on my dog. I could break my ankles if I try to walk in these shoes. Horrible!”
“Do NOT buy from this website… order doesn’t arrive for months & when it does, it’s a completely different size, style, and color“
“Never received my order! Canceled eight weeks later and received a refund less than I was charged.”

Is BerryLook Worth It?
We will have to second all of the terrible reviews online for now. We plan on ordering from them in a couple months just to see if things have changed. We’ve reached out to corporate to see if we can better understand the company. Hopefully we can influence them to change some of their company’s practices.
If you have your heart set on getting something at least semi-good for a low price, we’d recommend staying away from BerryLook.
Don’t be disappointed! We’ve purchased from many overseas retailers with much better pricing, so we’ll guide you in the right direction.
