The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder is a top-rated product, for good reason. But, at nearly $50, it’s a huge splurge for many of us. That said, there are quite a few dupes that are pretty similar to this product for a fraction of the cost!
Although we don’t have a huge list for you (this product is harder to find similar results for than you’d think), we were able to find four of the closest products that we felt confident naming as Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder dupes.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder Dupes
e.l.f Illuminating Palette
This illuminating palette from e.l.f. is not only beyond affordable, but it’s also one of the most similar dupes to the Hourglass powder.
Plus, it offers four different shades rather than just one!
Milani Prep + Set + Glow
Another of the top-rated dupes, this Milani face powder is pretty similar! It provides a buildable, lovely glow.
It’s definitely not as pigmented as the Hourglass product, but you can build up your glow.
Niod Photography Fluid
Although this isn’t a powder, this “photography fluid” gives a similar finish and makes your face glow like no other.
It’s not that much cheaper, but this product lasts forever as well and some people actually like it more than Hourglass due to the amazing glow and long-lasting formula.
KIKO Radiant Fusion Baked Powder
Again, this isn’t an exact dupe, but it definitely has similar features. It provides a subtle glow, but definitely not as shiny as Hourglass.
However, it’s still a great product from a great brand that’s a great alternative if you’re not looking for an intense shine!
At the end of the day, we personally think the original Hourglass product is worth the splurge. It lasts a very long time (you can even find it in a travel size if you’re on a budget) and provides a long-lasting radiant finish you truly can’t find elsewhere. Sephora also has occasional sales that you can wait for!
Although the list above includes the most similar dupes we found, none of them work as good as the Hourglass powder – they’re still worth giving a shot though, just don’t expect an exact dupe!
