20 Best Vegan Subscription Boxes to Add to Your Radar

Last Updated: May 9, 2021

When you’re vegan, indulging in subscription boxes isn’t as easy as it is for others. If you subscribe to Ipsy, for example, you may end up with a product that’s not cruelty-free! To avoid this, vegan subscription boxes are a great alternative.

Having been vegan for 5+ years as well as a writer for a subscription box website, I’ve tried nearly every vegan subscription box under the sun. Turns out, there are quite a few options out there within every category you could imagine.

Whether you’re looking for food or makeup or something more unique, keep reading to discover the best vegan subscription boxes out there.

Best Vegan Subscription Boxes

Food + Snacks

Purple Carrot

If you’re craving a meal subscription box, but aren’t impressed by the options in the most popular options, check out Purple Carrot!

This all-vegan meal subscription box allows you to cook delicious meals without having to plan them, find recipes, or shop for ingredients.

Green Chef

Average $11.99 – $12.99 per serving

Although Green Chef isn’t 100% vegan, they do offer a “plant-powered” meal plan that features delicious vegan meals.

Plus, they typically offer fantastic intro deals (typically 50% off per serving), so you can try it out without paying full price.

Veestro

If you don’t want to actually make the meals yourself, Veestro offers fresh pre-cooked meals that just need to be thrown in the microwave for a few minutes.

They have a ton of meals to choose from – they even offer additional dietary preferences such as gluten-free, low-calorie, and more!

Daily Harvest

With smoothies, bowls, and even ice cream that’s 100% vegan, this is truly one of my favorite subscription boxes of all-time.

Although it’s not the most affordable option out there, their products are extremely convenient if you’re someone who’s always on-the-go.

Fresh N’ Lean

With a standard vegan or low carb vegan plan, this meal service has an array of vegan options that make losing weight and eating healthy simple.

You can even view their weekly menus before subscribing to see what types of meals they offer!

Sun Basket

Although their services isn’t 100% vegan, Sun Basket is another meal subscription box that offers vegan plans with tasty meals.

They offer both prepared meals and meal kits you cook yourself, starting at $10.99 per serving! That said, they only have a couple of options for vegan meals each week.

Sakara

If you’re looking for a healthy, wholesome vegan meal delivery service, Sakara is a great pick. You can also view next week’s menu before subscribing to get a good idea of what they offer.

Despite being pretty healthy, their meals taste incredible while also making you feel energetic and healthy.

Territory Foods

Territory Foods is another great vegan meal subscription that doesn’t use refined sugar, plus they have calorie counts for all of their meals, so it’s great for those trying to track their calories!

They don’t ship to some areas yet, so take advantage if they’re available in your area!

Maya’s Cookies

Maya’s Cookies is a black-owned vegan cookie company that also offers subscriptions and their cookies are pure heaven. You can buy them in 6-packs for $24 to $27 + shipping, or subscribe to their cookie love club for $35 + shipping (includes 6 cookies – including 2 exclusive flavors – plus a piece of merch)!

If you plan to buy them without the subscription, we highly recommend the chocolate chip s’mores.

Elevate Snack Box

Most snack subscription boxes are definitely a bit lacking as far as vegan options go, but this one is here to change that!

They feature 12 different vegan and gluten-free snacks in every box for $29.99 per month.

VeganCuts

VeganCuts offers both a vegan snack box as well as a vegan beauty box, both of which cost $24.95 monthly. Each allows you to try healthy vegan products you may have never tried before!

Their beauty box contains 4+ deluxe and full-sized products that are cruelty-free and non-toxic, while the snack box features 10+ items in each box!

Be Italian Pizza

The final pick on our vegan food options, Be Italian pizza offers delicious build-your-own pizza kits. They have two vegan pizza options. They’re fun to do with the family and their incredible crust is out of this world!

Note: They are currently only available in California and Nevada, but we hope they expand soon!

Beauty + Skin

Love Goodly

Not a fan of boxes that come every month? Love Goodly sends a box every two months (bi-monthly), which is the perfect timing for some people!

For $34.95 every two months, you receive 4+ full-sized beauty products in each box with a total retail value of $75 or higher.

Petit Vour Beauty Box

Petit Vour is a beauty marketplace where you can not only shop for vegan products, but you can subscribe to their beauty box as well!

For $18 a month, you receive 4 products with a total value of over $50. These include makeup, skincare, hair products, and body products that are curated to match your beauty profile! Plus, if you review your monthly products, you get $4 in rewards credit to save and spend in their shop!

Kinder Beauty Box

If you want an ethical beauty subscription box, Kinder Beauty Box is a vegan beauty subscription that costs $26 per month.

Each box comes with $85+ worth of products (including 2 full-size products).

Bombay & Cedar

This lifestyle and beauty subscription box offers a few different options – a quarterly lifestyle box, a monthly lifestyle box, or a monthly beauty box. We prefer the quarterly box as it offers 6–9 full-size products with a retail value of over $200 (it’s pretty much like an all-vegan version of FabFitFun)!

The seasonal plan costs $74.95 per box or $69.95 with the annual subscription, while the monthly beauty boxes are $31.95 monthly (or a bit cheaper with a longer-term subscription) and the monthly lifestyle box is $44.95 monthly.

Other

Vellabox

Another 100% vegan subscription box, this candle subscription box features toxin-free candles that are made with soy, coconut, or vegetable wax (most are made with 100% soy wax). None of the candles in their box are made of beeswax.

This is a great way to get a surprise candle (or two) every month without having to worry about them being vegan!

Ritual

Although a vitamin subscription box might not sound too exciting, it’s extremely convenient. Ritual offers vegan vitamins for everyone, customized towards your nutritional needs!

It can be hard to get all the vitamins and minerals you need on any diet, and everyone hates taking a bunch of different pills daily, so it’s convenient to have an all-in-one vitamin to take daily. Check out our review!

Blueland

Did you know that many cleaning supplies brands test on animals? Sadly, this means that many mainstream brands aren’t cruelty-free.

Instead of researching the best brands every time you visit the grocery store, it’s easier to sign up for a cleaning supplies subscription. Blueland is one of our favorites! Not only are they cruelty-free, their tablet-based business help you cut down on plastic use.

Succulent Studios

Although this subscription is naturally vegan, we couldn’t help but mention it. Who wouldn’t want adorable succulents delivered to their doorstep every month?

Succulent Studios is one of our favorite succulent subscription boxes. For $12 plus $5 shipping each month, you receive two unique succulents (including care instructions).
