I was a little torn on whether or not to give them a 5-star rating on price because their shoes are waterproof and all-vegan. $140 is the price of a pair of Nike’s. So, while their shoes might seem expensive, Vessi is higher quality than Nike (in my opinion) and they offer much more than a regular sneaker. If I was to compare Vessi to other similarly-priced shoe brands in the space, I’d give it a 5-star rating.

You’ll definitely want to make sure you wear them around the house for a bit to make sure they are comfortable before taking them outside. Once you get them dirty, you won’t be able to return them.

With that said, Vessi’s return policy states that their return time has increased to 90 days for unworn and undamaged shoes during the pandemic.
However, any items that were part of a promotional sale are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at any time after purchase (only size exchanges).
If you try to return worn or damaged shoes, you may be denied your money back. When making a return, allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to you.
Aside from the return policy, they do offer a guarantee in case your shoes don’t live up to their claims. For example, the “dry socks warranty” is valid for 365 days from purchase.
